Therapy

I have in an inexplicably dark mood all weekend. I couldn't concentrate on my studies and needed physical release, so I found an old panel in the painting studio and went at it with my paints. The evil bird came first, then I slashed away at it with bright colors. Some of the drips looked like bars, so I continued to "cage" it.

I'm not sure if this works visually, but the act of making it was helpful for me.
